Senior Computer Vision Engineer

I’m working with a VC-backed robotics company in Austin that’s scaling fast and hiring senior perception talent to match. The robots are real, the customers are real, and so are the problems you'll get to solve.

You’ll be on‑site with the team, close to the hardware, which means short feedback loops between a model change and seeing it run on a robot.

What you'll do

• Build and own real-time perception for robots operating in the field
• Fuse camera data with other sensors to get a robust picture of the environment
• Take models from research prototype to deployed, monitored production systems
• Work alongside mechanical, electrical and controls engineers in a team that moves quickly

What you bring

• Senior-level computer vision or perception experience, with strong Python and C++
• A track record of shipping models that run on real hardware
• Comfort with sensor fusion, calibration and debugging perception in the real world
• A builder's mindset and an appetite for a fast-paced startup
