We are hiring for US Non-IT Engineering Recruiter roles in Hyderabad.

Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Experience : 2–6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitment
Source and screen candidates for Engineering and Non-IT requirements
Recruit for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, Supply Chain, Telecom, Utilities, and related Engineering domains
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

2–6 years of experience in US Staffing
Strong experience in US Non-IT and Engineering Recruitment
Good understanding of US work authorization types and tax terms (W2, C2 C, 1099)
Experience using job boards and ATS tools
Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
