Aartaa Decor is a premium luxury lighting and home décor brand specializing in handcrafted chandeliers, designer lighting, sculptures, mirrors, and bespoke interior décor. We are building products that blend artistic craftsmanship with cutting-edge digital design and are looking for a highly creative designer to join our product development team.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for a world-class 3D Product Designer who thinks like an artist, designs like an engineer, and understands how products are manufactured.

If you're passionate about sculpting beautiful forms, creating premium luxury products, and transforming concepts into production-ready designs, we'd love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities

• Design original luxury chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, table lamps, sculptures, mirrors, and decorative products.
• Create concept sketches and convert them into production-ready 3D models.
• Develop highly detailed sculptural models using ZBrush .
• Create accurate CAD models for manufacturing.
• Produce photorealistic renders for catalogues, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with artisans and the production team to ensure manufacturability.
• Prepare exploded assemblies, technical drawings, and fabrication details.
• Research international luxury design trends and develop original design collections.
• Optimize products for aesthetics, strength, cost, and production efficiency.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

Expert in ZBrush sculpting

Exceptional form development and aesthetics

Strong understanding of proportion and detailing

Ability to convert concepts into manufacturable products

Experience creating premium-quality product renders

Excellent problem-solving skills

Passion for luxury product design and craftsmanship

Preferred Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Lighting Design, or Sculpture Design.
• Experience designing luxury products is highly preferred.
• Freshers with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional design talent are also encouraged to apply.
