‍ About the Role

Join our team as an Online Teacher and conduct engaging 1:1 live classes for students worldwide.

Teaching Areas:

* Junior Section (Ages 3–9): Maths & English

* Senior Section (Ages 9–15): Maths-focused with integrated subjects

* Personality Development

* Creative Writing

* Logical Thinking

* Brain Gym

Training will be provided for the required teaching methodology and additional subjects.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct interactive 1:1 live online classes.

* Deliver clear, engaging, and concept-focused lessons.

* Encourage creativity, logical thinking, and confidence in students.

* Follow the provided curriculum and maintain classroom quality.

* Build a positive and engaging learning environment.

Who Can Apply?

* Freshers / Final-year students / Experienced Teachers

* Candidates with strong English communication skills

Prior teaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Technical Requirements

* Laptop/PC (**compulsory **)

* High-speed WiFi (minimum 100 Mbps )

* Excellent English speaking skills

Classroom setup requirements imply only after final selection.

Classroom Setup

* 4 × 3 ft whiteboard mounted on the wall

* Webcam + Bluetooth headset/neckband

* Proper lighting

* Quiet, distraction-free teaching space

* Professional and presentable attire during classes

⏰ Working Hours

* Choose any 4–8 hour slot within 24 hours

* Flexible scheduling

* Split shifts allowed in case of minimum 6-hour availability

Compensation & Benefits

*₹290 – ₹450 per hour** *(based on various factors to be discussed in Webinar)
