Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for Plead Flow’s legal technology solutions. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, create sales collateral, and support brand-building initiatives across digital and offline channels. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, gathering market and customer feedback, and collaborating with product and leadership teams to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies. The role also includes training clients on product usage, tracking sales performance metrics, and preparing regular reports.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with legal professionals and organizational stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard clients and conduct product demonstrations and workshops.
Relevant experience in B2 B sales, preferably in Saa S, technology, or legal services, is beneficial.
Ability to analyze market trends, develop marketing strategies, and work with CRM tools is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are important.
