·Strong communication skills; this role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including active listening and effectively voicing concerns.·Experience in the design and development of BIW (Body-in-White) stampings and assemblies.·Ability to understand and interpret forming simulation reports.·Basic CAD knowledge to support effective communication with design teams.·Good GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) skills.
