Job Description
About the role:
FUME is looking for energetic, early-career health professionals who want to build strong real-world skills in lifestyle health consulting, client communication and preventive healthcare.
This is a client-facing role where you will conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations with people who have shown interest in improving conditions such as diabetes, belly fat, thyroid issues, PCOS, fatty liver, gut concerns, fatigue and other lifestyle-related health problems.
You will be trained on FUME's consultation framework, client communication process and health protocols.
Responsibilities:
Conduct 1:1 client consultations through Zoom
Understand the client's symptoms, lifestyle, health history and goals
Help clients understand relevant lifestyle and metabolic factors using FUME's consultation framework
Explain suitable next steps and FUME programs based on the client's requirements
Conduct structured follow-ups with interested clients
Maintain proper consultation notes and CRM updates
Coordinate with FUME's doctors, senior experts and internal team whenever escalation is required
Follow defined consultation scripts, SOPs and ethical communication guidelines
Who This Is For:
Final-year or recent graduates in: BAMS / BHMS / BNYS / MBBS / BDS
Certified Health Coaches and Registered Dieticians are welcome
Must be fluent in English and Hindi
Strong interest in lifestyle & preventive healthcare
Basic tech setup: Laptop, webcam, stable internet
Time Commitment:
Part-time remote opportunity
Be available for 5-6 hours/day
Availability required within different time windows based on assigned consultations
Candidates must be comfortable working in flexible time slots based on assigned Indian or international clients.
Consultation slots are generally planned in advance
Compensation & Growth:
Compensation: ₹8,000–₹15,000/month + performance-based incentives
PPO / long-term opportunity available for consistently strong performers
Mentorship from experienced health coaches, doctors and senior team members
Exposure to both Indian and international clients
Real-world experience in consultation, lifestyle health, client psychology and communication
Data Confidentiality & Professional Conduct:
Client health information and contact details are strictly confidential.
You must not copy, store or use client phone numbers, health information or other confidential information for personal consultations, external business, private promotion or any unauthorised purpose.
All client communication must happen through authorised FUME processes and channels.
Any violation of client confidentiality or misuse of data may result in immediate termination.
