Associate Analyst, IT SupportPay Rate: $25-$29.58/hourLocation: San Diego, CA — 100% OnsiteDuration: 6 Months, with possible extensionSchedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:30 AM–4:30 PM PSTInterview: One video interview, approximately 45 minutes

About the RoleWe are seeking an Associate Analyst, IT Support to join our onsite IT team in San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving technical problems, and working hands-on with IT hardware.The role is primarily focused on IT equipment management and onsite user support, including deploying, receiving, shipping, and reclaiming computers and other technology equipment. You will also provide walk-up and general technical support to employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy and support IT hardware for new employees.Receive, process, and reclaim IT equipment from departing employees.Package and ship IT equipment to locations across the organization.Provide onsite walk-up and general IT support.Troubleshoot Windows and macOS-related hardware and software issues.Triage and prioritize support requests while delivering excellent customer service.Maintain accurate handling and processing of IT equipment.Support day-to-day onsite IT operations.Collaborate with IT team members on projects and operational activities.Perform additional IT support responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.Strong customer service and communication skills.Hands-on experience with computers and IT equipment.Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking abilities.Comfortable working in an onsite, hands-on IT environment.Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.Patient, professional, and positive approach to customer support.Comfortable performing equipment handling, shipping, and other operational tasks.Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
