Creative Team Leader

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION The Creative Team Leader will focus his/her efforts across Resorts, Spas, Beach Clubs, Restaurants and Bars, globally together with SVP Global Branding as part of the driving force behind Karma Group's Creative + Branding Strategy, together with the delivery of quality visual design through traditional and digital marketing channels. This includes mentoring and coordinating the in-house design team, managing stakeholder expectations by delivering relevant verbal and written project communications and ensuring the completion of design tasks to agreed timelines. RESPONSIBILITIES Concept Development & Design Direction Develop original creative concepts for campaigns, digital marketing, print, web, and multimedia — using AI-assisted ideation and visual exploration too
