Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs, preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with different teams. Must have criteria -

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 1-3 years of experience in architecture

Qualifications

• Strong design conceptualization and execution skills with high proficiency and experience in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other advanced software
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and contractors
• Ability to solve complex design and construction challenges creatively and effectively
• Experience participating in site visits, inspections, and client meetings
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Project management expertise to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
