This role is particularly well-suited for attorneys who thrive in practical, solutions-driven environments and want meaningful exposure to real-time negotiations and operational decision-making. The role will hold a high level of responsibility for drafting, reviewing, structuring and negotiating commercial transactions.
Qualified candidates will have:Five or more years (5+ years) of strong Firm or In House training in Contracts Law and ComplianceActive State Bar Licensure, in good standingProven experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreementsStrong business acumen and ability to provide practical, actionable legal adviceComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting prioritiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to interface xzbcwsv confidently with senior stakeholdersAbility to sit in office five days a week in Northern Cincinnati
