Daily Responsibilities:

• Inspect for printing defects with close attention to detail
• Box and pack completed orders for shipping
• Adhere to company work rules and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with teams to improve finishing operations

Required Skills:

• Solid reading, math, and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management to meet project deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide high levels of customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary and Benefits:

Compensation is based on skills and experience, with a minimum hourly wage of $20 and a maximum hourly wage of $23. Our full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and more.
