Accounts Executive Role Overview:
This is a full-time Accounts Executive role based in Bengaluru (On-site). The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
The role involves handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, reconciliations, vendor and client accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support internal and external audits, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The Accounts Executive may also support sales and business teams with financial data, invoicing, and customer account management.
Qualifications:
Experience should be 2-3 years with strong foundation in core Finance concepts, including financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Proficiency in Goods and Services Tax (GST) processes, TDS, compliance, and related documentation. Experience in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements. Account Management skills for handling vendor and client accounts, reconciliations, and collections. Understanding of Sales-related financial processes, including invoicing, revenue recognition, and support for sales teams. Relevant academic background such as a graduated in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline; professional certifications are an advantage. Ability to work with accounting and ERP software, strong advanced Excel skills, and attention to detail.
