What you’ll doReview and negotiate NDAs, services agreements, SOWs, work orders and amendments, mainly on the client’s templates but also on customer paperReview client RFPs and tenders and help with responsesManage assignments, novations and contracting-entity changesProtect the business’s positions on IP, AI and deliverable-use rightsHelp update and maintain the consulting agreement templates and playbooksWork with outside counsel where neededWhat we’re looking forQualified in England and Wales or another common law jurisdiction, with 4–6 years’ PQEStrong commercial and IP law knowledge: copyright, warranties, indemnities and liability disclaimersExperience supporting a consultancy or a global commercial business; in-house experience a plusExperience with AI legal tools such as Harvey or LegoraPrecise drafting, confident negotiation and a practical, business-minded approachDetailsInterim, full-timeLondon only (remote or hybrid)Start: ASAP
