Project Manager Commercial Construction

Overview:
We are seeking experienced Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to support and lead commercial construction projects. The ideal candidates will have experience working with commercial contractors and managing projects within healthcare, higher education, and K-12 sectors, including both new construction and renovation work.

Project Experience (Required):

• Medical / Healthcare facilities
• Higher Education (Colleges & Universities)
• K-12 Schools
• Experience with both New Construction and Renovation projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Construction Management experience preferred
• Design-Build project experience preferred
• Ability to effectively coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations
• Support successful project delivery from start to finish

Ideal Candidate:
A detail-oriented construction professional with strong commercial project experience who can effectively manage complex projects and contribute to successful project outcomes.
