Role Description The Special Education Teacher at Mind Meadow will provide individualized and group instruction to children with diverse learning and developmental needs in an inclusive, supportive setting. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), adapting curriculum materials, and using evidence-based teaching strategies tailored to each learner. The teacher will assess student abilities, set measurable goals, track progress, and maintain detailed records to ensure data-driven interventions. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and families to coordinate care and reinforce strategies across settings.
