Job Summary

Season Two Senior Living is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Branding & Design Executive to strengthen our visual identity across print, digital, and experiential platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling designs, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting marketing initiatives through impactful visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

• Ensure consistency of the Season Two brand across all online and offline touchpoints.
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
• Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, design files, and creative resources.
• Coordinate branding requirements across internal departments and external agencies.
• Support the development and evolution of brand identity for new campaigns and initiatives.

Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, presentations, magazines, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Create high-quality social media creatives, digital campaign assets, and promotional materials.
• Develop branding materials for events, exhibitions, community programs, and internal communications.
• Design creatives for website updates, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure production quality.
• Edit basic promotional videos and social media reels when required.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, and production vendors during creative projects.

Digital & Social Media Design

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging visual content.
• Design creatives optimized for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different marketing channels.
• Ensure all digital creatives maintain brand consistency and platform best practices.

Creative Innovation

• Stay updated with design trends, branding practices, creative technologies, and AI-powered design tools.
• Bring fresh ideas for storytelling, campaigns, and visual communication.
• Recommend innovative design approaches that enhance brand recognition and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative marketing.
• Fresh graduates with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is an added advantage.
• Experience with Canva and AI-powered creative tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to create both print and digital marketing materials.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Interest in senior care, wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle branding is a plus.
