IT Generalist II

Salary: $60,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Level 2 IT Support Specialist or higher, specifically within Managed Service Provider environments
• Strong technical skills in Windows and macOS systems, network administration, and cloud services like Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP are advantageous
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Comfortable with travel primarily within MA, CT, and RI, with a company vehicle provided
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate tight spaces to service IT equipment
• Commitment to integrity and high ethical standards
• Valid drivers license required, must pass drug test and background check

• Provide both remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Oversee client networks, ensuring security and optimal functionality, including installations and configurations for desktops, servers, and networking devices
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies, adapting to changing IT landscapes
• Maintain thorough documentation of support activities and solutions within our ticketing system
• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver comprehensive IT solutions
