Restorative Practices Teacher Leader REPORTS TO: Supervisor of Youth Engagement POSITION SUMMARY: The Restorative Practices Teacher Leader is responsible for building the capacity of school and district leadership to reduce student disengagement through coaching, supporting, and ensuring accountability; to effectively implement a continuum of restorative practices and systems to build community, prevent harm and ensure student accountability. The position involves the coordination of districtwide infrastructure and strategy to provide and monitor the effectiveness of the restorative practices continuum (universal, additional, and intensive supports) using data. The position is within the Office of Youth, Family, and Community Engagement and reports to Reports to Supervisor of Youth Engagem
