• Process mass balance and heat balance

• Seed preparation, germination, and fermentation systems

• Media preparation, feeding, and harvesting systems

• Equipment sizing and process specifications

• CIP/SIP systems and sterile process design

• Aeration, agitation, and process control

• Utility calculations and plant integration

• Scale-up from pilot to industrial production

• Process validation and commissioning support
