Position: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor / Professor)

About The Role

We are inviting applications from qualified and dedicated professionals for faculty positions in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. The role involves contributing to teaching, clinical services, research, and academic excellence, based on experience and cadre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and clinical training to BDS and MDS students
• Perform and assist in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
• Supervise students, interns, and junior faculty
• Conduct seminars, case discussions, and academic sessions
• Contribute to research, publications, and conferences
• Maintain academic records and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with Dental Council of India (DCI) guidelines
• Mentor students and support departmental academic growth

Qualifications:

• BDS + MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Valid registration with State Dental Council

Experience: (As per DCI Norms)

• Assistant Professor: 0–3 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Associate Professor: Minimum 4 years as Assistant Professor
• Professor: Minimum 9 years teaching experience post-MDS (including 4 years as Associate Professor)
