WHAT YOU'LL DO → Manage posting and scheduling across multiple client accounts → Write captions and hashtag strategies for every post → Handle engagement — comments, DMs, responses → Go on shoot days and assist with content capture and coordination → Keep content calendars running and approvals on time → Coordinate with designers and editors to keep content moving WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR → 1–2 years of social media experience — agency experience preferred → Instagram-native — you know the platform, the algorithm, and what works → Experienced with content calendars, captions, and multi-brand management → Comfortable on shoot
