Music Production Expert – Hindi
Position: Music Production Expert – Hindi
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $14–$42/hour
Location: Remote
About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced Music Producers, Audio Engineers, and Mixing Engineers to evaluate generative music AI models in partnership with a leading AI lab.
You'll assess AI-generated music, lyrics, vocals, and production quality across a wide range of genres while working in Hindi and English .
Responsibilities
- Compare AI-generated songs based on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality .
- Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics .
- Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.
- Provide structured evaluations to help improve generative music AI systems .
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Music Producer, Audio Engineer, or Mixing Engineer.
- Native or near-native Hindi proficiency.
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English .
- Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition .
- Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work .
- Broad familiarity with contemporary Hindi genres, sub-genres, and artists .
- Experience with AI evaluation or data annotation is a plus.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $14–$42/hour.
- Hourly contract engagement.
- Fully remote opportunity.
- Flexible work arrangement based on project requirements.
- Project duration of up to 6 months .
- Most experts work around 20 hours per week , with no cap.
- If the pay structure changes to per-task, the effective hourly rate will remain the same .
