Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand hiring needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for existing accounts, including regular reviews and meetings to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, providing clear communication and resolving any issues promptly.
• Generate and manage hiring requirements from existing clients, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of candidates to clients, maintaining a high level of quality and reducing the time-to-hire.
• Follow up on submitted candidates and track progress, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placement, to meet client requirements.
• Set goals, monitor team performance, and drive improvements, using data and insights to refine strategies and optimize results.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in client relationship building and management.
• Strong understanding of the IT recruitment industry, including the latest trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
