We’re Hiring: Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant

Are you passionate about sales, counselling, and helping learners achieve their career goals? We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Learning Consultants / Senior Learning Consultants to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Engage with prospective learners through outbound calls, emails, chats, online demos, and trial sessions.

✅ Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.

✅ Build strong relationships and drive enrolments.

✅ Manage the complete sales funnel from lead engagement to conversion.

✅ Regularly follow up with prospective candidates.

✅ Effectively use CRM tools and maintain accurate sales data.

✅ Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

1–6 years of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales.

Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

Experience with Dialler Operations and CRM management.

Knowledge of Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.

Target-oriented mindset with strong ownership and perseverance.

EdTech or startup experience will be an added advantage.
