Centerpoint Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide outpatient evaluation and treatment for children and adults in our community health center in Middletown, OH. In this mission-driven role, you will assess speech, language, cognition, and swallowing; develop evidence-based treatment plans; and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to underserved populations. You will collaborate closely with primary care, behavioral health, and dental teams, contribute to care coordination and quality improvement, and educate patients and families to support long-term communication success.
