Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Personal Injury Litigation ParalegalPay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearJob description:Warnock MacKinlay Law, an expanding personal injury firm, has a very unique and desirable position for a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Assistant. This is a very unusual opportunity for those currently working in this capacity but are wanting to take their career, and salary, to the next level.
Our ideal match for this position brings a minimum of 2-4 years of personal injury litigation assistant experience. You should be self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures, court proceedings and filings, and be confident in assisting with the handling personal injury litigation cases from pre-trial preparation through and including resolution.
Please be proficient and skilled in all areas and aspects of preparing a case for trial, assisting in trial, and ensuring a high level of accuracy with a strong attention to detail. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
