About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer to lead the strategy and execution of its AI-native, multi-pathway platform. This role is pivotal in transforming the platform into an essential tool for clinicians, with a focus on real-time, multimodal clinical data integration to enhance patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term product vision, ensuring that the product strategy is grounded in clinical evidence and market insights, and owning key product adoption targets. This is a platform leadership position that requires a deep understanding of healthcare SaaS products, EHR integrations, and a proven track record in increasing product adoption in complex enterprise or healthcare environments. Applicants for the Chief Product Officer role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree or MBA preferred) and at least 15 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior product leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and scaling healthcare SaaS products, including experience with EHR integrations and a deep understanding of clinician behavior and real-world workflows. The role demands a leader who can think in systems, move quickly, and turn complex clinical and technical challenges into a clear product strategy. The Chief Product Officer will also be responsible for leading and growing product management, product marketing, and design/UX teams, and must be adept at operating at the board level and driving cross-functional execution.
