A premier, boutique global investment firm is seeking an exceptional, proactive Executive Assistant to support two dynamic, collaborative senior leaders, including the General Counsel. This position is ideal for a high-initiative administrative professional who excels as a strategic partner. The ideal candidate will serve as a true co-pilotmanaging up, establishing efficient workflows, anticipating needs, and proactively keeping operations running smoothly. Additionally, you will serve as a core culture carrier, partnering closely with the firm's administrative team on firm-wide events, service days, and annual meetings. Location: NYC (Madison Square Park area) Work Arrangement: Hybrid - typically 3 days/week in-office; offering additional remote flexibility when executives travel or are out of office. Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00/5:30 PM ( responsiveness for urgent after-hours needs) Key Responsibilities include: Provide seamless, high-touch support to the 2 senior executives, managing heavy Outlook calendar coordination and scheduling, domestic and international travel logistics, and expense reports in Concur. Build structured processes for legal/compliance team Proactively take tasks off executives' plates. Assist with contract administration and document management. Serve as a liaison with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party partners. Work collaboratively alongside an administrative team Ideal Candidate Profile & Qualifications 4+ years as an EA, Legal Assistant, or Senior Admin supporting executive leadershippreferably within a law firm, consulting or financial services environment. High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Adobe, DocuSign, and Concur/expense platforms. Experience with legal billing software or contract management systems is a plus. Exceptionally detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated. You possess a responsive mindset rather than a strict "clock-in/clock-out" approach.
