Salary: $107,500 - 204,500 per year Requirements:

• We require experience in hardware and software integration, validation and verification testing, and qualification testing.
• We typically look for a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• We require an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance before the start date.
• We require U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• We prefer familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework.
• We value exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience presenting technical information to program management and executive leadership.
• We prefer experience with cryptographic hardware architecture and design, network encryption specifications, and test methodologies.
• We prefer experience with tools such as DOORS, CAMEO, or similar tools, as well as programming languages such as Rust and Python.

• We perform systems analysis, architecture, and design across the full product lifecycle, including concept, design, fabrication, modeling, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
• We carry out functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to convert customer needs into hardware and software specifications.
• We decompose customer specifications and system-level requirements into subsystem and piece-part requirements, and we develop verification criteria and plans.
• We provide technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, and supportability and effectiveness assessments for complete system solutions.
