Social Media Manager

Triloke is looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is more than posting pretty things and hoping the algorithm is in a good mood.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and digital culture — someone who understands content, creators, trends, communities and what makes people stop scrolling.

What You’ll Do

• Own social media calendars across multiple brands
• Plan, schedule and manage content across platforms
• Work with writers, designers and video editors to turn ideas into great content
• Write strong briefs for reels, posts, carousels and stories
• Track reach, engagement, audience growth and content performance
• Use analytics to improve content strategy
• Understand what worked, what bombed and why

Who We’re Looking For

You should:

• Have 1–2 years of hands-on social media experience
• Have an excellent command of English, Hindi and Hinglish
• Understand Instagram and YouTube particularly well
• Know the difference between content strategy and a content calendar
• Understand creators, influencers and collaborations
• Be culturally aware, curious and chronically online — professionally, of course
