We're Hiring – Sales Executive

OOAK Photography is looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join our team!

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2+ years in Sales (Wedding/Event industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets. Handle inbound leads and convert them into successful bookings. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Target-driven with excellent team management abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
