Optician/ Sales Associate

Located in Bay Shore, we have a privately owned practice designed around people, not production quota, are adding a Sales Associate/ Optician who wants to help shape a boutique optical experience from the ground up.

This is not a corporate optical job.

About the Role

As our sales associate you will:

• Dispense and fit eyewear
• Educate patients on lens technology and frame styling
• Manage orders, adjustments, repairs, and follow-ups
• Help shape a boutique optical experience that feels intentional
• Collaborate closely with doctors and leadership
• Contact lens experience is required
• Familiar with vision insurance plans

We are building a company that people are proud to work for. This full-time opportunity provides a Monday – Friday schedule with no late nights or weekends. 2 years’ experience in Optical sales is required
