Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representative - D2D Energy Sales to enroll homeowners directly into energy power manager programs.

This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission , offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation:

• Base pay + uncapped commission
• On-Target Earnings : $55,000 $80,000+
• Bi-Weekly pay

What Youll Do

• Speak with homeowners/decision makers about energy needs
• Educate home owners on available solutions
• Help home owners select the right energy services
• Close sales and manage book of business

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
• Reliable transportation

No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
