GenAI Product Lead — Generative AI & Hybrid Workforce

The AI Lead Product Manager at TIAA will own the strategic development of generative AI solutions across finance, fraud, legal and other business units. You will work with engineers, data scientists and product teams to translate market insights into scalable AI products and roadmaps.

You should have 5-7 years in product management, 3+ years in AI/ML, hands-on success delivering Generative AI and experience with Agile and design thinking.
