We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6–12 years of proven experience in the venue production designing for conference, event, and exhibition industry , with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful large-scale designs.

Key Responsibilities:

·   Venue lay-lay outing, scaling and mapping.

· Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality creative assets for conferences, events, and exhibitions including branding, stage backdrops, booth designs, signage, brochures, digital screens, and promotional materials.

· Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative briefs, brand requirements, and event objectives, transforming them into visually engaging solutions.

· Lead the creative process for large-scale projects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and adherence to timelines.

· Design digital and print marketing collaterals such as event websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and catalogues.

· Oversee production quality by liaising with printers, vendors, and fabrication teams, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables.

· Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity and upholding brand and design standards.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, new design technologies, and best practices to deliver fresh, impactful design solutions.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.

Requirements:

· 6–12years of graphic design experience (mandatory in events/exhibitions).

· Expertise in Coral Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), knowledge of Auto-cad will be additional advantage.

· Expertise in venue lay-outing, mapping, scaling etc.

· Strong knowledge of large-format design, typography, and colour theory.

· Good communication and

· Portfolio with event/exhibition-related work is essential.
