About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can handle both graphic design and video content creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, understand branding, and be comfortable using both traditional creative software and modern AI-powered design and content creation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create engaging social media posts, reels covers, banners, catalogues, brochures, advertisements, and marketing creatives.
• Design creative content while maintaining brand guidelines and visual consistency.
• Develop innovative concepts for product promotions, campaigns, launches, and festive occasions.
• Edit and enhance product images, lifestyle visuals, and marketing assets.
• Prepare high-quality designs for both digital and print applications.

Video Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos, advertisements, and brand videos.
• Create engaging short-form content with strong pacing, transitions, text animations, music, and effects.
• Add motion graphics, typography, sound effects, subtitles, and visual effects where required.
• Convert raw footage into polished, engaging, and platform-ready content.
• Understand current social media trends and create content accordingly.

Required Software Skills

Must Have:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Canva

AI Tools:

• Strong understanding of AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video creation, background replacement, image enhancement, ideation, and content production.
• Ability to explore and adopt new AI tools to improve creative quality and production speed.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows is highly preferred.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong knowledge of composition, typography, colour, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Good understanding of social media formats and trends.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new creative styles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is required.
