SAP S/4HANA Project Manager – Remote U.As a member of the Business Systems team, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation initiatives across the Business Systems transformation portfolio.
This role ensures successful execution of program planning, delivery, testing, training, deployment, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA solutions across sites and functions. The SAP S/4HANA Project Manager drives governance, cross-functional alignment, and risk mitigation to ensure predictable outcomes and sustained business value.

Own the overall SAP S/4HANA program plan including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource management
· Lead integrated planning across process, technology, change management, data, and testing workstreams
· Manage SAP implementation partners, internal teams, and functional leaders to ensure execution follows standards and governance
· Drive issue resolution, risk identification, mitigation strategies, and leadership escalations
· Ensure business readiness by collaborating with OCM, training, and readiness teams
· Oversee SIT, UAT, performance testing, and cutover validation for quality and traceability
· Lead cutover planning and execution for a smooth transition into SAP S/4HANA
· Ensure alignment with related digital programs such as IBP, MES, PLM, QMS, CRM, and PPM
· Business travel as needed
SAP partners; program and project managers; site and functional leaders; training and readiness teams; data teams; SAP COE and change champions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· 7+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA
· Strong program management skills including planning, governance, scheduling, and coordination
· Experience managing SAP Activate methodology and full S/4HANA lifecycle
· Understanding of SAP functional domains such as FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, PM, and IBP
· Experience leading and developing teams in a transformation environment
· PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAP Activate certification preferred
