Perioperative Educator Registered Nurse

Havasu Regional Medical Center seeks a Perioperative Educator Registered Nurse to support excellence in surgical care. This role designs, delivers, and evaluates education for perioperative RNs, techs, and support staff, including orientation, skills training, and annual competencies for pre‑op, OR, PACU, and sterile processing. The educator promotes evidence‑based practice, maintains regulatory and infection‑prevention standards, and collaborates with leaders and surgeons to improve workflows, quality, and patient safety. This RN serves as a clinical resource, coaches staff at the bedside, supports new technologies and procedures, and fosters a culture of teamwork, learning, and patient‑centered care.
