I am hiring on behalf of a gold client for an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at a prestigious private golf club in Northern Virginia. The Executive Chef will oversee a culinary team of 30+, with responsibility for multiple outlets including banquets, a main grill, pool grill, halfway houses and snack bars.
The role reports directly to the General Manager and will have overall responsibility for culinary operations, menu development, staffing, purchasing, budgets and team development. xzbcwsv This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef who enjoys a true leadership role and wants to build and develop a strong culinary team.
