Post : RMO in the Department of Gyneacology
Educational Qualification : MBBS degree
Required Experience : Minimum 3 years working experience in any Reputed multispecialty hospital.
Roles & Responsibilities -
Provide comprehensive medical care to obstetric and gynecology patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings.
Assess, diagnose, and initiate appropriate treatment under consultant supervision.
Monitor antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal patients and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Assist in normal deliveries, cesarean sections, and gynecological surgeries.
Manage obstetric and gynecological emergencies in accordance with hospital protocols.
Perform routine clinical procedures and ensure timely patient care.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, anesthetists, and other departments for multidisciplinary patient management.
Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans, maternal care, breastfeeding, contraception, and follow-up.
Prepare admission notes, discharge summaries, and maintain complete medical records.
Participate in ward rounds, labor room duties, rotational shifts, and on-call responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and quality standards.
Contribute to clinical audits, continuing medical education (CME), and quality improvement initiatives.
Experienced candidates will be preferred. Remuneration will not be a constraint for the deserving candidates.
