Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Accountancy and/or Business Studies for Grades XI–XII (CBSE).
• Prepare students for board examinations with a strong focus on conceptual clarity, application, and problem-solving.
• Design assessments, assignments, and activities that build analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Support students with academic guidance, doubt-solving, and exam readiness strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Ed degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Accountancy/Business Studies for senior secondary (CBSE preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to simplify complex financial and business concepts.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching with a student-first mindset.
• Familiarity with digital tools and modern teaching methodologies.
