Role: Vice President, Investor Relations

Location-Mumbai-WFO

Grade -VP

Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the Investor Relations function. Develop and execute an effective investor relations strategy. Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders. Coordinate quarterly earnings releases, conference calls, and investor presentations. Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on investor sentiment and market trends. Lead the preparation and review of investor-related communications, including annual reports and proxy statements. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting the capital markets. Act as the primary spokesperson for the company with the investment community.

Key Qualities: Financial Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and economic trends. Understanding the Tech Investment Landscape: Stay abreast of technological developments and their impact on the investment landscape. Good Listening and Good Presentation: Possess effective listening skills and the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and persuasively. Analytical Capabilities: Analyze and interpret financial data to engage in meaningful discussions with Investor Analysts.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in a senior investor relations role. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
