Role Description The Admissions Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective families through the admissions process at Pallavi International School, Gowdavalli. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves responding to inquiries, conducting campus tours, explaining academic programs and school policies, and supporting applicants with forms and documentation. The counselor will follow up with leads, maintain accurate admission records, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience. The role also includes organizing admission events, presentations, and orientation sessions, while consistently representing the school’s values and standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a supportive admissions experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert prospective leads into confirmed enrollments in a principled and transparent manner.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Education environments, preferably with experience in schools or academic counseling.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with MS Office or school CRM systems, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• A bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, business, or a related field, along with prior experience in admissions or front office roles, is preferred.

Salary - Upto 40k (Depending on the experience)
