Product solution engineer

Responsibilities

Sales solutioning: Attending sales conversations with technical leadership (CTOs etc) and consulting them on solutioning/ architecture using Loop's existing APIs/ portal/ custom CSS and JS. Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants. Data migration: Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors. Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded. Shopify Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.

Ideal Profile

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in tech operations or a related role. Good communication skills Proficiency in Java Script, CSS, HTML and Python scripts Experience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required.
