Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Experience: 4+ years in Recruitment / Staffing Sales

Industry: Recruitment & Manpower Consultancy

Salary: No bar for the right candidate

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new recruitment & staffing business

• Acquire corporate clients across multiple industries

• Build relationships with HR Heads, TA Teams & Decision-Makers

• Develop leads through cold calling, Linked In, networking & references

• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials & close deals

• Manage sales pipelines and achieve business targets

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower Consultancy Sales

✅ Strong B2 B sales & client acquisition skills

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-management skills

✅ Target-oriented with a strong networking mindset

✅ Ability to work independently and contribute to business growth
