the RolePaul Saladino MD is a leading health and wellness platform that is on a mission to help people reclaim their health, happiness, and agency in life through nutrition and lifestyle. We're looking for a short form first Social Media Coordinator to help grow and manage our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, Threads, & LinkedIn. You'll be hands-on with day-to-day posting, community engagement, light video editing, and reporting on what's working — a great fit for someone who's equal parts creative, organized and analytical. ResponsibilitiesPlan and publish content across social, keeping a consistent cadence and on-brand voiceManage community engagement — replying to comments and DMs, and helping protect brand tone in public-facing interactionsCommenting on external social media posts with valuable insightsDevelop and edit short-form r social (carousels / sliders, gifs memes, reels)Report on social analytics — engagement, growth, and content performance — with recommendations for what to double down on and new ideas, concepts, formats to tryCollaborate with marketing team on content calendars, campaign tie-ins, and creative conceptsStay current on platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts, and bring ideas back xzbcwsv to the team
Qualifications3+ years of experience in social media coordination, community management, or a similarProficiency in Photoshop or equivalent Excellent copywriting skills, with an eye for brand voice and toneComfortable and capable of holding many concurrent prioritiesInterest in health, wellness, and nutritionPortfolio or examples of past social content/ graphic design workProject management software
