- Recruit, train, and manage the Agency Sales team.
- Drive business through advisors/agents and achieve sales targets.

- Conduct market visits and support the team in lead generation and conversion.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance Sales.
- Strong experience in Agency/Advisor handling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong market knowledge.
