Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Audiologist role based in New Delhi. The Clinical Audiologist will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and other specialized audiological tests, and will interpret results to guide diagnosis and management. Responsibilities include fitting, programming, and verifying hearing aids and assistive listening devices, as well as providing counseling and follow-up care to clients and their families. The role involves delivering aural rehabilitation services, collaborating with speech therapists and other clinicians, maintaining accurate clinical records, and adhering to established clinical protocols. The Clinical Audiologist will also participate in patient education, community outreach, and continuous improvement of clinical processes.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong audiology skills, including diagnostic assessment and clinical decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess skills in hearing aid dispensing, including fitting, programming, verification, and client counseling.
  • Candidates should possess skills in speech and speech therapy-related collaboration to support holistic communication care.
  • Candidates should possess skills in aural rehabilitation, including auditory training and communication strategies for clients and families.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or Speech and Hearing (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant professional certification or licensure to practice audiology, as required by local regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work sensitively with diverse age groups and backgrounds.
  • Ability to maintain detailed clinical documentation and follow evidence-based protocols.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, ethical practice, and teamwork in a clinical setting.
