Job Description
Purpose of Function
To supervise and control warehouse inventory operations, ensuring accurate GRN processing, SAP transaction compliance, inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and adherence to EHS and company policies for Medical and Safety products.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Process and supervise GRN activities for import and local materials in SAP.
Ensure inventory accuracy, proper bin transfers, and serial number validation.
Support for FOA by providing Short / Damaged goods with relevant details
Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance, expiry management, and stock movements.
Review and approve scrap, disposal, and inventory adjustment processes.
Supervise SAP transactions and resolve operational discrepancies.
Ensure timely preparation of reports and audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Vendors, and Operations teams.
Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) for packing and operational materials.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, IMS, statutory, and audit requirements.
Enforce EHS and warehouse safety practices across operations.
Additional Roles
Manage and supervise all incoming goods transferred, timely GRN completion and proper storage of materials at designated locations.

Graduate in any discipline
Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field preferred
Basic computer knowledge required
SAP knowledge preferred
Ability to manage and supervise shopfloor personnel effectively

3-5 years in related fields.
